You will complete this programme feeling prepared, confident, calm, relaxed and excited about the birth of your baby. It’s the perfect blend of antenatal education, Hypnobirthing techniques to help you feel more calm and comfortable, and confidence coaching (with a dash of yoga KNOWLEDGE thrown in for good measure).
