Yoga uses movement, balance and relaxation to soothe and allow your body to recover from pregnancy, birth, and the constant demands of motherhood. This class combines movement for you, movement for your baby, and movement for you and your baby. It’s designed to be relaxing, inclusive and incorporates moves easy for you to replicate at home. Suitable after 6-8 week health check; an ideal way for you to build on your pelvic health and wellbeing.
