It’s totally normal to feel cock a hoop, scared, anxious, or even a bit numb (head in the sand) about the whole birth thing. Until recently positive birth stories were hard to find, but once you learn how the mind and body work together (or against each other) you can massively influence your birth for the better, and that’s why the birth prep programme exists.
 

 

What is Hypnobirthing?

Hypnobirthing is both a concept and a practice. Ideally you’ll want to start from 20+ weeks so that you have time for it to become second nature. When you feel calm and relaxed during labour you set yourself up for an easier and more comfortable birth (whatever that needs to look like on the day).

I will teach you how to do this so that you feel informed and in control every step of the way. Hypnobirthing is backed by science and loved by mamas the world over!

Who is Sophia?

My name’s Sophia. I’ve worked with hundreds of mums (first timers and mums to many) who have gone on to have calm, comfortable, confident births.

Nobody (sadly not even me) can 100% guarantee that you will get the exact birth that you want, but I can promise that the birth prep course will help you feel more calm and relaxed whatever path your birth takes. It sounds cheesy, but the tools you learn are tools for life, not just for the day you give birth.
